Fast Growing Time and Performance Company Strengthens Resources
Tom Rich comes with a wealth of sales leadership experience, having spent his career heading sales teams in the time and labor industry. Tom comes most recently from Austin-based Asure Software as Vice President of Global Business Development where he oversaw a team of enterprise sales managers selling Human Capital Management (HCM) and space management software. Tom Rich comments, “One of the things that attracts me to Findd is the disruptive nature of the products. Having been in the HCM software industry my whole career, I have been in search of products that make it incredibly easy for employees to track their time and innovative ways to increase their performance. Findd is poised to revolutionize the way this is done across a variety of industries. I want to be part of this new trend in this space.”
Brad Childs leaves a decorated carrier of 18 years at Utah-based Xactware where he was Director of Architecture and most recently responsible for all core services. With several software patents either pending or issued, Brad brings a level of sophistication to Findd that makes him a key addition to the planned growth in both the product roadmap and the technical team. Brad says, “Having known [Findd’s two founders] Ryan Johnson and Tom Loveland for many years, I’ve been very intrigued by the idea of taking simple tools like time tracking and applying the most advanced technology like AI, IOT sensors, and modern technology stacks. I’m excited to be part of a company whose size is just right to move quickly to capitalize on some of the most exciting computing trends.”
Steven Rodriguez joins Findd’s board effective immediately. Steven has extensive experience in both labor management and vendor management software industries in both sales and executive positions. Most recently Steven was President of Portland-based software company Shiftwise, a current client of Findd in the healthcare staffing and vendor management software space.
