Findd is pleased to welcome Pete Skalla as Chief Financial Officer and Chris Barrera as Executive Vice President of Customer Success to further strengthen its leadership team.

Pete joins Findd with more than 18 years experience as startup executive in CFO, COO, and product manager roles. He is a strategic thinker but also a roll-up-the-sleeves doer focused on culture and metrics to drive growth. Pete has a career history of rounding out strong teams to grow companies from small businesses to scalable enterprises.

My goal is to add a new level of visibility into how we are performing to innovate and deliver unique solutions to mobile workforce industries,” commented Skalla.

Pete’s applies his mantra – Purpose, Visibility, Ownership – to enable high-potential startups execute a hyper-growth strategy. In prior roles, Pete enabled the team at Solcius solar to address key bottlenecks and double revenues in 2018 when he joined as COO. At mattress company Purple, he led the buildout of all accounting and financial infrastructure as the company grew to $65 million in revenue the year he joined as CFO in 2016 from $5 million the prior year and on to $195 million the subsequent year. Prior to that, Pete was CFO of Jamberry, contributing to the company’s growth from $9 million to over $200 million during his tenure from 2013 to 2016.

Chris joins Findd with more than 20 years of implementation, service, support, and project management experience in the human capital management and workforce industry. His background makes him the ideal person to anticipate the needs of and enhance clients’ experience at every stage of the relationship.

He has served as a senior executive in multiple organizations. Most recently, he served as Managing Partner for Oquirrh View Enterprises, a business management consulting firm. Prior to Oquirrh View Enterprises, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Qqest Software.
